E-rewinder can receive information from you in the following ways:

Directly from you: for example, by entering into a purchase or order agreement with us, if you contact us by e-mail, telephone or in writing,

you place an order in our webshop.

Via our own website: for the provision, improvement and registration of our services, we collect various data via our website and webshop,

including through the use of cookies.

Via third parties: we may use the services of third parties. These third parties then act on behalf of E-rewinder.

This privacy statement also applies to the data collected via these third parties when they act as processors for E-rewinder.

We are not responsible for the collection of data that does not take place on behalf of E-rewinder. In this context,

What personal data do we collect?

We as E-rewinder can process personal data about you because you use our services as E-rewinder,

and/or because you provide it to us as E-rewinder when completing a contact form on the website.

We as E-rewinder can process the following personal data: Contact and account information,

including name, address, telephone number, email address, information about your login details provided by you.

We do not store payment and invoice information if you make an online payment through a third party such as Mollie.

We as E-rewinder initially use personal data

obtained to implement the agreement that we conclude with the customer in the context of

offering products via our website, webshop and for internal administration.

You must ensure that we as E-rewinder have the correct personal data.

We as E-rewinder will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
